The initial Borrow period is 14 days, as noted on your order summary. You can also check when your Borrow period is ending by visiting the My Borrowed Items section of the Ensemble website. Once you are done with your rental, visit the My Borrowed Items section to notify us of your return. Please then mail the item back to us in the pre-paid shipping bag provided. We understand that sometimes things happen, so you will not be held accountable for normal wear and tear that may occur during your rental period.
Additionally, you also have the option to keep the garment beyond the initial Borrow period for a daily fee that will automatically be charged to your card on file. No action required to extend. When you are done, simply notify us of your return and mail the item back in the pre-paid shipping bag provided.
If you fall in love with the item, you can choose to purchase it at a discounted price, at any-time, as long as the item is in your possession. Simply go to the My Borrowed Items section in your Ensemble account, click the Buy Item button and confirm the purchase. All purchases are final sale.
